Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated as Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can prepare your items for shipment. You can estimate your delivery by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

For example, if you order an item, it will need a processing time of 3-5 business days. If you select Standard Shipping (10-15 business days), you can expect to receive your order in 13-20 business days. If you select Express Shipping (5-10 business days), you can expect to receive it in 8-15 business days.

*Note: There is a different processing time for each item. You can check the processing time on the product page. Once your order is placed, you can check the shipping information on the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email.

Taxes

For most countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT (Value-Added Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada, etc.), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to your country's levying rules.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. The estimated delivery time for standard international shipping is 10 to 15 business days, and for express delivery, it is 5 to 10 business days. This is in addition to the 3 to 5 business days of processing time for every order.

Please note that shipping time is estimated and begins from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

DS Special Editions offers two different international shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: 10-15 Business Days, with costs starting from $9.99 USD.

Express Shipping: 5-10 Business Days, with costs starting from $17.99 USD.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Sometimes, unexpected delays can be caused by thorough inspections or out-of-stock issues, especially during high-volume periods.

Whether you qualify for free shipping is based on the final order amount after discounts, and certain final sale items may not qualify for free shipping.
