Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping at DS Special Editions.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it's easy to get a refund. Simply follow the instructions and submit a return request on your order page, and we will do our best to meet your request. If anything is unclear, please contact our Customer Care team for return instructions and a return address.


1. Return Policy

All purchases (except swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, accessories, bikinis, dirndls, and bras) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.


Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all items in the package intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued.


The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


2. Purchases Not Eligible for Return

Final sale item(s) are not eligible for return.


Swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.


Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.


You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.


Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return.


3. How to Make Your Return

Step 1: Click the "Track My Order" feature on our website, then enter your email address and order number.


Step 2: Find the "Return" button for your specific order. Click it to submit a return request, and you will receive authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.


Step 3: After returning the package, input the return shipping details (tracking number and delivery company) on the order page to ensure a speedy process.


Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 7 business days to process it. We will email you once your refund has been processed.


4. Important Reminders Before Returning

Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by Customer Service will not be honored. Please be sure to submit a return request online or contact us before returning.


Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning match your return request. Do not include additional item(s) not listed.


5. Fast Refund

Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the product tag back to our return center. Once the returned parcel reaches the return center, the refund will be issued to your DS Special Editions Wallet or the original payment account (or other refund methods) as per your request in 3 to 7 business days.


Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Exchange Policy

DS Special Editions offers an exchange service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, exchanging is easy. Please note that we only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Exchanges must be authorized. Any exchange request not authorized by Customer Service will not be accepted. Please Contact Us before making an exchange.


Please note that after submitting an exchange request, the return eligibility of the exchanged item will expire and no further returns can be made.


7. Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.


We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already shipped.
